On a relatively stock / default setup of RN on iOS you'll see the warning "Class RCTCxxModule was not exported. Did you forget to use RCT_EXPORT_MODULE()?" pop up on every launch. This change resolves that issue.
Fixes#14806 .
This supersedes PR #19794 .
Try a fresh project by following the RN iOS tutorial, and observe that there are no more warnings after making this change.

After reading about move-semantic and rvalue refs I realized that we (I) definitely overuse `auto &&` (aka universal reference) construction. Even if this is harmless, does not look good and idiomatic.
Whenever I used that from a semantical point of view I always meant "I need an alias for this" which is actually "read-only reference" which is `const auto &`.
This is also fit good to our policy where "everything is const (immutable) by default".
Hence I change that to how it should be.

Added a property `accessibilityIgnoresInvertColors (boolean)` to Views which allows the Apple API `accessibilityIgnoresInvertColors` to be used in React Native.
Now, when a user has Display: Smart Invert enabled, you can set the property to be true, and things like photos and views with the property set to true will no longer be inverted when Smart Invert is enabled.
This property can also be applied to the Image Component.

The bridge may send the reload event twice when reloading JS in some rare condition. The 2nd one was actually when the "new" bridge wasn't valid yet, so log an error if that happens. This may happen if the connection to Metro server gets into a weird state. Restarting Metro would solve the problem.
The issue was that `RCTBridgeWillReloadNotification` fired twice for each reload with metro connected.

This is quite interesting.
In Fabric, on C++ layer we store `color` values as `SharedColor` objects which (on iOS) are `shared_ptr`s with custom deallocater (which calls CoreFramework's `CFRelease` function). All this means that we cannot directly transfer ovenership of this managed pointer to ARC (honestly, I am not 100% sure about that, but at least this "shared ownershipt between ARC and non-ARC worlds" concept is as dangerous as any "relying on implementation details" approach). To to so, we have to create a copy and transfer ownership of the copy to ARC (which we do in 1RCTCGColorRefFromSharedColor`).

* The props parsing/conversion process was de-virtualized: we don't use virtual `apply` method to parse props anymore. Instead, we use old-fashioned constructors.
* All fields of Props classes which represent props values were marked as `const` which make impossible to modify them after the objects were created (even if we have non-const value-of/pointer-to the whole Props object). Those fields are also `public` now.
* All custom handwritten getters were removed (because we don't need them anymore).
So, now we don't need all those custom getters which makes code much more compact, performant and codegen-friendly.

`RCTFontTests` test in RNTester is broken if the target deployment is <= OS 8.2. This is because RCTFont.mm overrides the OS-defined values, but the override is only visible to RCTFont.mm internals. As the result, when the Unit test tries to create UIFont of the "same" weight, it got a different font - most likely due to internal floating rounding errors.
To mitigate, code that wants to test out internals of RCTFont should import RCTFontConstantsOverride.h

All instruction are supposed to be small and standard. All additional logic must be implemented in component view subclasses.
No more opaque and untyped objcblocks.
All that allows mounting manager to control and optimize an execution of those items (eventually).
Besides that five we probably will need `perform imperative instruction` (for execution something like `scrollTo`) and `update local data` (for updating local state of something like text input).

Previously line 42 had a warning of: `Field 'm_jsThread' will be initialized after field 'm_delegate'`
This appears to be because the private member fields are declared in a different order than the initializer-list was told to initialize things.
I chose to re-order the initializer list because that fixes the warning by matching the code structure to what the compiler was telling us it was going to do.
An alternate fix would be to change the order of the member variables declared in the `private:` section to match the coded order in the initializer list. This might be the right move if the initializer list had the correct intent, but this would be a breaking change from a behavior perspective, so I'd need somebody with more knowledge to suggest this is the right move.
A. Examine line to see the warning is gone.
B. Get a C++ guru to figure out the intent of this file and see if this actually exposed a bug that recommends we go with the alternate fix suggested above.
