Lukáš Tinkl 5c0f1981ad feat: Profile Showcase: Proof of concept for own Profile Dialog 
- the goal of this PR is to get some bsais UI building blocks done for
the followup PRs
- the order of showcase tabs now is:
Communities/Accounts/Collectibles/Assets
- there will be further changes to accomodate for different types of
backend models as those get developed (for other users' profiles)

Lukáš Tinkl f5d6c538c2 chore: consolidate & refactor popup handling 
- all remaining global popup components moved into a separate Popups
entity
- removed some static objects from the Global singleton (appMain,
pinnedMessagesPopup, communityProfilePopup, sounds); rationale:
singletons should not contain any state
- fixed support for popups in storybook
- fixed some warnings (most of them broke the popups in one way or the other)

Lukáš Tinkl e947f81cd2 fix: Chat input: can't send html text from the clipboard 
We always take the plain text from the clipboard but even the plaintext
can contain HTML tags, so escape those and wrap the result in a `<div
style='white-space: pre-wrap'>foo</div>` container. That way we preserve
not only the linebreaks but also any whitespace or tags.

Sale Djenic 19ba018a1d fix(@desktop/onboarding): onboarding flows for `I already use Status` path do not match figma requirements (1/2) 
Profile fetching (display name and identity images) implemented on the status-go side and
integrated in the desktop app.

Signal notifying about the progress while fetching backed up data from waku implemented on
the status-go side and integrated in the desktop app.

`I already use Status -> Enter a seed phrase` and `I already use Status -> Login with Keycard`
updated so they match figma now.

This adds the backend to resend. It then hooks the button to it.
This also adds a visual state for when we are sending. This gives a good indication that a message was sent.

Lukáš Tinkl 668ea868c4 fix(notifications): The sound of notifications is harsh and annoying 
Use logarithmic sound volume scale instead of linear when interpreting
the sound volume value

TLDR; we were literally overblowing the speakers with absolute sound
volume levels; for the whole story I recommend reading:

Also play a sound preview when changing the volume in Settings
