Go wrappers for zerokit's RLN

cd go-zerokit-rln
git submodule init
git submodule update --recursive
make

To generate smaller static libraries, before make, edit ./zerokit/rln/Cargo.toml and use branch = "no-ethers-core" for ark-circom
