Nick Ninov 83f192bc00 docker: Sleep after run finishes 
- Sleep prevents calling `Account` faster than launching the docker container. This only happens when the container already exists and it is must be turned on.

- Add Slowly Changing Dimensions logic to database upload process
- Keep bot logged in. When logging out, messages can be lost / not synced properly. A logged in account can fetch all the messages that it's seen.

Notes:
- Simplified `Account` class is used instead of initial `StatusBackend`
- Add `Account` requirements.txt
- Fixed backup load bug. Initially wrong event was monitored and it would wait forever.
- Latest Status Backend Dockerfile is pulled from GitHub instead of Harbor
- Postgres schema is created if it doesn't exist
- `listen_message` - return only incoming messages instead of everything that has `messages.new` signal
- Get default wallet address
- Safely `__del__` the `Account`
