Juho Teperi 2a4efc5710 Don't rename props for custom elements 
Custom element names must always contain hyphen so we can use that to
keep track of which elements are native vs. custom when parsing tag
name.

Fixes #322

Juho Teperi c68f5a88f4 Optimize node modules, remove old stuff 
- Removed webpack build for now, not up-to-date, can be added later if
needed
- Share node modules using symlinks for envs that use the same packages
