Arne Brasseur e6b1e9794c Add support for Class.contextType 
We already support the static contextTypes and childContextTypes from the legacy
context API. React has now added contextType to the new Context API to make it
easier to consume the context value.

Additional details for lifecycle methods. 
The mapping from React lifecycle methods and Reagent lifecycle methods is really non-obvious, particularly given the way things are mapped to argv.  This is an attempt to clarify how all that works.
