Andy Street eeb9cd8075 Better error message when trying to parse a empty body in fetch 
Summary: Previously, trying to parse an empty network body would throw "Unexpected EOF" from JSON.parse. Now we explicitly call out the error and provide steps for possible mitigation.

Naomi Jacobs 854689dcfa Add fetch's clone function to Request and Response prototypes 
Summary: Fetch includes a cloning function that was not included in the React Native fetch.js. This adds it in so that cloning is available on responses from fetch calls in React Native. The code is taken directly from [fetch](https://github.com/github/fetch/blob/master/fetch.js) on Github.

Joel Arvidsson 7f76f08a11 Better feature detection for FormData/FileReader/Blob 
Summary: This PR bumps fetch to 0.9.0, the latest release and fixes broken feature detection originating in that self is not referring to `window.self` but an empty object. Assigning that object to window.self or GLOBAL won't work in the chrome dev tools because of CORS restrictions. This is a pragmatic solution but maybe not ideal.
