Summary:
This fix provides possibility to subscribe to a child animation lifecycle. You'll be able to observe every single animation:
```
Animated.sequence([
Animated.timing(
this.state.scale,
{
toValue: 0,
duration: 300,
onComplete: () => this.setState({someProp: 'new value'})
}
),
Animated.timing(
this.state.scale,
{
toValue: 1,
duration: 300
}
),
]).start();
```
`state.someProp`, will updated with `'new value'` when the first animation will be completed.

Explain the **motivation** for making this change. What existing problem does the pull request solve?
The Android permissions native module was open sourced recently (b7352b4667) but it is currently undocumented and requires directly interfacing with the native module.
This provides a JS wrapper to make it easier to use the permissions module and documents it.
This could be cleaner if the native code used Promise blocks instead of callbacks, but I didn't want to change the native code without a thumbs up since I'm guessing this is used in one of facebook's apps. Happy to do that if it makes sense
I also tried to make the `PERMISSIONS` object a class property - it works in the actual code but not in the documentation (think it's a jsdocs problem), so decided to initialize in the constructor.

**Motivation**
In iOS you cannot dismiss alerts by clicking outside of their box, while on Android you can. This can create some inconsistency if you want to have identical behavior on both platforms. This change makes it possible for Android apps to have irremovable/required alert boxes just like in iOS.
This adds an additional parameter to the Alert method. The way to use it is by providing an object with the cancelable property. The cancelable property accepts a boolean value.
This utilizes the Android DialogFragment method [setCancelable](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/app/DialogFragment.html#setCancelable(boolean))
**Usage example**

It finds the previous property value using `Object.getOwnPropertyDescriptor` and preserves it as `original[PropertyName]` (if it existed), it then redefines the property using `Object.defineProperty`.
Properties may only be redefined if the property descriptor specifies that it is configurable ([MDN](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Object/getOwnPropertyDescriptor)). Attempting to redefine an non-configurable property will result in an error: `TypeError: Cannot redefine property: [PropertyName]`.

Not a API change, but this may break the layout of exisitng apps that
uses NavigationHeader.
For now, NavigationHeader uses absolute position, which makes it hard for
NavigationCardStack to determine the height of the scenes.
Theoretically, the height of the scenes would be the height of the cards
stack minus the height of the header.
That said, if we want to support the headers with different height (e.g.
MyIOSHeader or MyAndroidHeader), we're forced to expose the height of the
headers and manually compute the height of the scenes.
Alternatively, if the header does not use absolute position, the height
of the scenes can adjust automatically with flex box, and that's what this
commit is about to do.

Currently, the NavigationExperimental `Header` only renders correctly on iOS when the system status bar is visible. There are legitimate reasons to hide the status bar, especially when displaying in landscape.
This PR adds a `statusBarHeight` prop to the header, which defaults to 20 on iOS and 0 (no status bar) on Android. Changing this value causes the extra space at the top of the header reserved for the status bar to change.
I've tested this change in my own app on iOS with `statusBarHeight` set to 0, 20, and `undefined`, and ensured that it works correctly.

NavigationCardStack is a custom component, and its API should be explicit, not
too generic..
In NavigationCardStack, the prop `renderOverlay` is actually used to render
the NavigationHeader, and we uses absolute position to build the layout for
the header and the body.
One of the problem with using absolute postion and fixed height to build the
layout that contains the header is that the header can't have variant height
easily.
Ideally, if the layout for the header used flex-box, we'd ve able to be more
adaptive to deal with the header that has variant height.
That said, let's rename `renderOverlay` to `renderHeader`, then build the
proper layout that explicitly works better with the header.
If we to need to support overlay in navigation, we may consider add
`renderOverlay` later, if it's really necessary.

This diff addresses the issues raised by kmagiera in https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/7884. Transforms should be applied in the order they are defined, just like in `processTransform.js`. A scale applied before a translation, for instance, should give a different result than a translation applied before a scale.
We leverage CATransform3D to do the heavy lifting. A concatenated transform is passed all the way to `RCTViewPropertyMapper`. It is compared with the transform currently applied to the view, and if different, applied. The same approach is used for opacity.
I think it makes the most sense to do this diffing in `RCTViewPropertyMapper`, as opposed to creating and cleaning up an `_updatedPropsDictionary` each frame in `RCTTransformAnimatedNode` and `RCTStyleAnimatedNode`. The node should keep its full value; applying a minimal set of altered props is an optimization. I noticed that even when a ScrollView's `keyboardShouldPersistTaps` prop is set to true, the ScrollView's children can still respond to tap events (even if the scroll view itself will not respond to tap events and the keyboard does not dismiss automatically). This is a point of ambiguity in the React Native docs; it implies that no touch events can be handled if `keyboardShouldPersistTaps` is set to true.

This diff adds a UI to display network information flows in the inspector tool (Android and iOS both supported):
- uses a ListView to show network flows, always scrolling to the latest item when a new network request occurs.
- displays the network requests as soon as they were created.
- highlights the selection row and toggles events to log the detailed intercepted information. (Next diff will draw UIs for this).
Follow-up:
- Will add one detail view to show all valuable information about a network request, after user clicks on one item in the ListView.
- Add more tabs in the detail view, ideally looking like the chrome network panel.

- enables `XHRInterceptor` in RN development tool "inspector".
This interception and inspector tool work well on both Android and iOS. And this supports interception on any network API based on XMLHttpRequest, especially the Fetch API.
By now, we can intercept 12 information fields of a XMLHttpRequest including method, url, data sent, status, response type, response size, requestHeaders, responseHeaders, response, responseURL, responseType and timeout.
Follow-up:
- Will add UIs in the inspector on top of this diff, to display all the network operation information. (Not in this diff just to make this shorter)
- Will extend this to gather other valuable information towards one XMLHttpRequest.

Before this PR, ```RCTImageLodaer```'s Cache was too big(200MB on disk) and It doesn't work with HTTP Cache-Control header. So to provide dynamic image, the users must have to add random value on url( ex. adding current date) to avoid cache.
So I change that cache system to default ```NSURLRequest```'s cache system, which is well-working with HTTP specs. As the discussion on this issue #7571 , making custom cache policy processor is not ready yet and useless, over-tech things, I think.
Even we have no plan about image cache system(or would change plan later), before having a nice plan, I think we should let user use image module with common HTTP Specs.
So I remove custom ```NSURLCache```, and make logic like below,
1. try fetch image,
2. on response, get ```Date``` on response's header and make ```cacheKey``` with ```Date```.
> (why? because if ```NSURLRequest```'s response was cached, the response's ```Date``` header dosen't change.)

This uses `[UIImage imageNamed:]` to load local assets that are bundled using `require('../image/path.png')` and makes sure it is done synchronously on the main queue to prevent images from flickering. This improves user experience a lot when using large local images and prevents icon flickers to match the behaviour of most native apps.
This adds to methods to the ImageLoader protocol, one to tell if the image loader must be executed on the url cache queue and one to tell if the result of the image loader should be cached. I then use these to make the LocalImageLoader bypass the url cache queue and avoid caching images twice.
Note that this doesn't affect debug builds since images are loaded from the packager.
I'm not sure if we want to still support async loading of local images as I'm not sure how much of a perf difference this will make. Maybe someone at fb can benchmark this see how it affects your apps but there wasn't a noticeable one in mine. Also I only enabled this for loading png and jpg im

If the image is larger than its frame, the image is downscaled while maintaining its aspect ratio.
That is how the Android implementation works, too.
Sorry, don't have time to write tests. 😢
Any reviewers should make sure `RCTTargetRect` returns the correct value when:
- the image is smaller than its frame (ie: no downscaling needed)

For now, `PanResponder.create()` return a new object which may hold a handle
for interaction. The handle is created when the gesture starts, and it's cleared
when the gesture finishes.
However, the handle may become stale cause the owner (view) is removed or
re-rendered before the gesture finishes, which leaves InteractionManager
with handles that can never be removed.
In some cases, this blocks the app that waits for InteractionManager to
be idle and having leaky handles prevents InteractionManager from being idle
again.
The fix is to move the handle from the instance to the static variable, and
we'd clear it whenever a gesture finishes.

In Android, `RecyclerViewBackedScrollView` wasn't using `refreshControl` prop.
If a ListView were created with `RecyclerViewBackedScrollView` as its `renderScrollComponent`, then the `refreshControl` wouldn't work.

<RefreshControl

Summary:
In preparation for Blob support (wherein binary XHR and WebSocket responses can be retained as native data blobs on the native side and JS receives a web-like opaque Blob object), this change makes RCTNetworking aware of the responseType that JS requests. A `xhr.responseType` of `''` or `'text'` translates to a native response type of `'text'`. A `xhr.responseType` of `arraybuffer` translates to a native response type of `base64`, as we currently lack an API to transmit TypedArrays directly to JS. This is analogous to how the WebSocket module already works, and it's a lot more versatile and much less brittle than converting a JS *string* back to a TypedArray, which is what's currently going on.
Now that we don't always send text down to JS, JS consumers might still want to get progress updates about a binary download. This is what the `'progress'` event is designed for, so this change also implements that. This change also follows the XHR spec with regards to `xhr.response` and `xhr.responseText`:
- if the response type is `'text'`, `xhr.responseText` can be peeked at by the JS consumer. It will be updated periodically as the download progresses, so long as there's either an `onreadystatechange` or `onprogress` handler on the XHR.
- if the response type is not `'text'`, `xhr.responseText` can't be accessed and `xhr.response` remains `null` until the response is fully received. `'progress'` events containing response details (total bytes, downloaded so far) are dispatched if there's an `onprogress` handler.
Once Blobs are landed, `xhr.responseType` of `'blob'` will correspond to the same native response type, which will cause RCTNetworking to only send a blob ID down to JS, which can then create a `Blob` object from that for consumers.

This adds proper support for tracking a TextInput content size as discussed in #6552 by adding a new callback that is called every time the content size changes including when first rendering the view.
Some points that are up for discussion are what do we want to do with the onChange callback as I don't see any use left for it now that we can track text change in onChangeText and size changes in onContentSizeChange. Also a bit off topic but should we consider renaming onChangeText to onTextChange to keep the naming more consistent (see [this naming justification](https://twitter.com/notbrent/status/709445076850597888)).
This is split in 2 commits for easier review, one for iOS and one for android.
The iOS implementation simply checks if the content size has changed everytime we update it and fire the callback, the only small issue was that the content size had several different values on initial render so I added a check to not fire events before the layoutSubviews where at this point the value is g

This adds support for a text field that the user can click-and-drag to select text (which can then be copied using the native selected-text-hover-widget).
I'd love to add this to iOS too, but iOS appears to draw glyphs directly to the screen for its <Text> widget (versus using UITextField), so it might be too difficult to support there. But at least I can support my Android users with this change.

On iOS, if a non-selected breadcrumb is tapped multiple times, the navigator will transition to the tapped breadcrumb, then back to the previously selected breadcrumb. Then, when another breadcrumb is tapped, it would go to the previously multi-tapped breadcrumb.
This seems to be because transitions are queued when they shouldn't be. I've reverted to the way it was before PR 8701, but added a `transitionQueue.length === 0`. This should solve the race condition from 8701, ensuring all transitions in the queue are flushed in sequence, and thus landing on the finally tapped one.

As part of improving the API and Component reference docs #8154 this pull request adds the following:
- jsdoc support for API docs. See the AlertIOS changes as an example.

- better formatting of method properties (now shown in a table).
FYI, API and Component docs were previously generated in two different ways. Components were using react-docgen and that basically remains as-is. APIs were using custom parsing code and that's been switched to use a jsdoc parser + react-docgen as an option for typedefs (it could also use the jsdoc parser).
Two docs have been updated to showcase how we'd like the new docs to look:
- AlertIOS (API): showing method parameters, examples, typedefs, more details overall.
- Statusbar (Component): showing method parameters, typedefs, more details overall.

We're seeing sporadic "CGContext...: invalid context 0x..." error messages during snapshot runs of our product build. This also seems to happen sometimes when building RN, see for instance: https://www.google.nl/search?q=site%3Atravis-ci.org%2Ffacebook%2Freact-native%20CGContextSaveGState%20invalid%20context
Our guess is that at some point, the CGContextRef is autoreleased. We tried retaining the ref first, but eventually settled for pushing/popping the context as it never fails in our tests (retaining still causes seemingly unrelated failures).
We're not sure if we can provide a testplan for this change, as the FBSnapshotTestController is not tested separately.

**Motivation:**
Lots of examples on the web still have the old way to import React APIs from React Native. Also when someone upgrades to latest version of React Native without reading the release notes can get confused. This PR adds getters for `createClass` and `Component` and throws an error with a better error message when they are accessed.

**Test plan:**
Trying to use `ReactNative.createClass` or `ReactNative.Component` will throw an error with this error message.
There's currently a bug in `symbolicateStackTrace` which actually crashes the app after showing the error due to the `stack` being null when updating the stack trace. But that's a separate issue which should be fixed separately. For now, to prevent the crash, we need to add the following before the return statement here - https://github.com/facebook/react-native/blob/master/Libraries/JavaScriptAppEn

Summary:
This adds support for specifying multiple sources for an image component, so that native can choose the best one based on the flexbox-computed size of the image.
The API is as follows: the image component receives in the `source` prop an array of objects of the type `{uri, width, height}`. On the native side, the native component will wait for the layout pass to receive the width and height of the image, and then parse the array to find the best fitting one. For now, this does not support local resources, but it will be added soon.
To see how this works and play with it, there's an example called `MultipleSourcesExample` under `ImageExample` In UIExplorer.

Currently if an RN app is started in response to a remote notification, that notification's data is available on startup via `PushNotificationIOS.popInitialNotification()`. However, if the app is started in response to a "local" notification, that information is never passed in. This PR modifies the `popInitialNotification` behavior so it will return the notification used to launch the app, no matter if it was local or remote.
I've tested this change in my app and ensured that when the app is woken up with a `localNotification` it's passed in to `PushNotificationIOS.popInitialNotification`. I've also tested that the `localNotification` event continues working as before.

Summary:
Remove prop `onNavigate` from these views.
- NavigationAnimatedView
- NavigationCardStack
- NavigationCard
Also, the `sceneProps` onject that is passed to the `renderScene` function
no longer contains `onNavigate`.
The contract that `onNavigate` expects has been vague. Different data flow
system may expect complete different params for such function
For instance,
* onNavigate({type: 'back'});
* onNavigate({type: 'BACK'});
* onNavigate('back'});
We have no intention to unify such generic API since it's more likely to be
constrained by the data flow frameworks such as redux or flux.
Also, passing the prop `onNavigate` all the way down to the component that
invokes the navigation action can be really tedious. We'd expect developer
to either pass such callback (onNavigate) via context or just set up some
kind of static actions that any component can call directly.
`onNavigate` was previously added as a part of (redux-like) reducers-friendly
feature but that's no longer the case.
This new prop `onNavigateBack` is used to explicitly handle the case when the back button or back gesture
is performed.

Under rare and as-yet-to-be determined circumstances, images can sometimes fail to load/download and get "stuck", without producing an error.
Because the `RCTNetworkTask` for these images is stuck in the "in progress" state, they clog up the RCTImageLoader task queue, which has a limit of 4 concurrent in-progress tasks.
This was previously masked by the fact that we automatically cancelled image requests when the RCTImageView moved offscreen, but we no longer do that.
This diff adds logic to detect some types of stuck task and remove them, thereby unblocking the queue. I've also restored the functionality of cancelling downloads for offscreen images (but not unloading the image itself) so that stuck images will be cancelled when you move to another screen, instead of using up space in the queue forever.

For navigation actions at high level, reducers from NavigationReducers does not
know anything about the app-specific state thus people won't use these reducers.
Instead, people should build their own reducers.
There are a lot of good libraries available that help people to reducing things if that's
what they really need.
At the low level, for navigation state changes that don't involve app-specific state,
`NavigationStateUtils` should server that kind of need.
`NavigationReducers` serves little benefit cause it does not know the app state, it does
not know how to traverse the navigation states which can be a tree, a list or a map.
That said, we hold no interest in owning in the core navigation library.
