This improves JS validations of the transform object and makes it a bit stricter (hence the breaking change). When moving transform objects parsing to native (#10658) the validations got out of sync a bit, this makes sure JS validations are the same or stricter than the native ones to make sure we get consistent errors across platforms.
See #12110 for an example of an error that now gets caught by JS validations.
Also added snapshot tests for the errors to make sure `processTransform` throws when passing invalid values. It only tests the validation since the object parsing is now done natively for iOS and Android.

If a SwipeableRow does not have background color defined, QuickAction is rendered below the row. In such case, you can leverage openRowID defined in dataSource. For instance, one can render quickAction only for the open row. The openRowID, however, does not clear when the row is closed. It only clears when the ListView is scrolled. Summary:
Motivation:
* `RCTShadowView`'s `frame` property actually represents computed layout of the view. We must not use it as a setter for yoga node styles;
* Using `frame` and `setLeftTop` in existing way actually works only for view with absolute positioning, so it is super rare and special case;
* Internally, setting `frame` only make sense to `RootView`, and in that case there we always must not change `origin` we are introducing `setSize` method.
Changes:
* `[-RCTShadowView setFrame:]` was removed, `frame` property is readonly now;
* `[-RCTShadowView setLeftTop:]` was removed; no replacement provided;
* `[-RCTShadowView size]` read-write property was added;
* `[-RCTUIManager setFrame:forView:]` was deprecated, use (just introduced) `setSize:forView:` instead;
* `[-RCTUIManager setSize:forView:]` was added.
If you are still need some of removed methods, you are probably doing something wrong. Consider using `setIntrinsicContentSize`-family methods,
`setSize`-family methods, or (in the worst case) accessing `yogaNode` directly.

Summary:
The `successCallback` passed via `static showShareActionSheetWithOptions(options, failureCallback, successCallback)` has two parameters (see [native code](e1577df1fd/Libraries/ActionSheetIOS/RCTActionSheetManager.m (L174))), and the name used for the first parameter in the JS example is confusing. This fixes that.
The first parameter is a boolean indicating whether the user completed the sharing (when TRUE) or cancelled it (when FALSE). Instead of calling it "success" in the example, I propose using `completed`, which is more in line with what you see in the native code.
Otherwise, we have a "successCallback" function whose first parameter tells us if we were "successful", and that's confusing (indeed, I think it already caused some confusion in the [react-native-share](https://github.com/EstebanFuentealba/react-native-share/) module: see [this issue](https://github.com/EstebanFuentealba/react-native-share/issues/48)).

I had tried fixing a broken link in a previous commit (#11453). My commit was merged, but it did not resolve the underlying problem. I have looked into how links should be formed for the docs and have fixed the original problem as well as updated all other links to be consistent.
Previous link formats:

- sample.html <-- broken link
- https://facebook.github.io/react-native/docs/sample.html <-- works

This PR updates all links to the permalink format.
