Warn the reader that init takes a while.

The first time I ran `re-natal init` I waited quite a while, staring at "Creating Leiningen project", before deciding that something had gone wrong. After re-checking all my deps, I tried it again and just left it longer (this is Java after all). Many minutes later, it said "Creating React Native skeleton. Relax, this takes a while..." and my only thought was, "It would have been very reassuring to have been warned about the wait."

improve showing compilation exception details in YellowBox

Figwheel logs compilation exception in several log messages, so need to buffer them to show in YellowBox.
- buffering starts on "Fighweel: Compile Exception"
- buffering stops on "Error on file"

.DS_Store file is "required" by node if found in the images directory
...
If a .DS_Store file is created by OS X in the images directory then natal will attempt to
require it like any other image file. This causes an error in the simulator as javascript cannot load
the file. As there isnt any reason why a .DS_Store file should be loaded I've added an automatic exclusion for this file
name in any part of the image path.
Additions that could be made:
We could expose the exclude list as a configuration in the .re-natal file so that people could see what is being excluded and add to it if needed.
