7e60a8610f cmd/gomobile: fix subcommand help message handling. 
1) add subcommand in the usage printout.
2) exit after printing out usage during flag parsing.

d0e75fc927 cmd/gomobile: add init subcommand 
Running gomobile init downloads the appropriate Android NDK
compiler toolchain and builds a Go cross compiler.
