Kristofer M White 08de4d4a07 Using defined values in backup task 
The backup fabric task was using hardcoded values that represented the
defaults for the PG_* values. This change makes use of the variables so
that the task works in different environments

Matthew Brown 3040cffde5 Updated models to show jenkins job number in StatusCheckResult. Job number and link is also reported in hipchat template. 
Tests were not merged because alert testing has already been implemented.
