The description attribute handling requirement is
a custom media type in the Accept header:
application/vnd.github.symmetra-preview+json
Limitation: Repository.get_labels does not report description,
possibly something has changed in the preview API.

PyGitHub is a Python (2 and 3) library to access the GitHub API v3. This library enables you to manage GitHub resources such as repositories, user profiles, and organizations in your Python applications.
