3. bump SpiffWorkflow, move task.complete() to task.run()
4. cleanup the auto generated descriptions
5. separate the cache from the creation of element units
   1. at some point spiff-element-units-cache is its own lib
6. add type hints - https://pyo3.rs/v0.18.3/python_typing_hints
7. make sure top level keys are preserved, like serializer_version
