Contains research for the Codex peer-to-peer storage network. Top-level structure:

analysis - simulations, notebooks, etc;
design - design proposals for Codex mechanisms and subsystems (e.g. marketplace mechanics, storage formats/protocols);
evaluations - critical evaluations of existing systems;
papers - summaries and/or evaluations for relevant academic papers;
meetings - agendas for upcoming meetings.
