test: add FFI concurrency stress tests ...

Exercise the bindings under sustained concurrent load — concurrent
managers firing events, and long-lived managers hammering unwrap — to
guard against foreign-thread GC / cgo-pointer regressions in the
nim-ffi-based wrapper.
