Progress on making Status one-to-one chats and other application protocols (user settings backup, device pairing/syncing, etc) by preparing for integration of RLN and building a PoC for scalable group encryption. Also proceed with black-box-testing of critical application protocols and provide further insights on Status Waku network.

Deliverables

Survey impact of message rate and size limit

Test device pairing and syncing

Collaborate with Vac-QA team to duplicate existing library testing in device pairing and syncing context; proceed with bug fixes when possible. This is not a re-write of the protocol but a thorough quality check.
