Renames 5 milestone files (previously marked with a "will be renamed"
note) so filenames follow their frontmatter title, and updates all
references across the roadmap, weekly updates, testnet pages and the
generated combined roadmap.

- 2025-package-sds-in-reliable-channel-api -> 2026-reliable-channel-api-developer-preview

Backfills the two team sections that landed in the past day:
- Messaging: Reliable Channel API persistence interface, QUIC trial state,
LEZ-as-account-registry contact-discovery spike, and v0.38.1 maintenance
- Blockchain: Areon NDSS 2027 submission, Mantle Tx simplification merged,
decentralized sequencer main logic merged, LEZ Multiple-owners complete,
sequencer/indexer migrated to zone-sdk
Heads-up: I only found 2 new team-update commits on origin (e8561d0b1 and
963ca4ef3) since my last push, not 3 — if a third just landed, run pull
and let me know.
- New Week 19 report with AnonComms section only (other teams haven't
reported yet this week)
- Backport Blockchain + Logos Core sections into 2026-04-27 (those update
files arrived after the original publish)
- Backport Storage section into 2026-05-04
- Link the new 2026-05-11 report from index.md
