Dario Gabriel LipicarandClaude Opus 5 fb36614b3d feat: drop PROVIDER_HEADER from LogosModule.cmake
Follows the removal of logos-cpp-generator --provider-header. Nothing in the
workspace passed PROVIDER_HEADER to logos_module().
