Add peer lifetime feature for PeerInfo. (#77)
* Add peer lifetime feature for PeerInfo. Refactor peerinfo to use openarrays instead of sequences. Fix tests and examples to use arrays instead of sequences. * Add access to lifetime Future[T] itself.
