Strip the example integration (gateway, Dioxus desktop UI, UI protocol/bridge)
and the Waku delivery service plus its libwaku build chain. de-mls is now a
single-package library crate; the demo lives in the de-mls-poc repo. Rewrite the
README for the library and trim CI to the core checks.
