Rudolf Polzer a0689af29e Add two compatibility headers for code written against current OpenSSL. ...

Just reduces the load of conditional includes a little for a total of 4
projects.

No other OpenSSL includes exist that could be reasonably made a
forwarding include and that are actually in use.
