Getting Started

For new swarms:

• Copy and Paste TEMPLATE.md into notes.status.im
• Define Contributors
• Define Rough summary
• Timebox (approx) Research
• Submit to this repo as a pull request.

For existing swarms:

• Go to the file in Github
• Click edit and commit
