* feat(status.app): add RSS feed support with /feed.xml route and discovery link

* Add llms.txt for status app

* Remove legacy llmx.txt

* fix(status.app): build /feed.xml from Ghost Content API instead of proxying private RSS endpoint

* fix(status.app): make feed.xml resilient to CDATA terminators and slug-less first post

* fix(status.app): include tag parameter in getPosts for feed.xml
