ios: add README file to ios/logs directory 
Allows us to get rid of the `.gitkeep` file.

Otherwise in some cases we can get:
``
.../Script.sh: line 6: ./logs/react-native-xcode.log: No such file or directory
Command PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code
```
