feat(Components): introduce StatusLoadingIndicator

A `StatusIcon` that rotates infinitely and can be used for indicating
pending states.

Usage:

```
StatusLoadingIndicator {
    width: 24 // default: 17
    height: 24 // default: 17
    color: "red" // default: loading asset color
}
```
