Nick Ninov d0b5b6713e wallet: Alchemy transactions 
- Replace Infura and Etherscan API keys with Alchemy one. Alchemy can be used to for Status wallet functionality and fetching transactions.

Nick Ninov 83f192bc00 docker: Sleep after run finishes 
- Sleep prevents calling `Account` faster than launching the docker container. This only happens when the container already exists and it is must be turned on.
