This commit replaces `os.MkdirTemp` with `t.TempDir` in tests. The
directory created by `t.TempDir` is automatically removed when the test
and all its subtests complete.
Prior to this commit, temporary directory created using `os.MkdirTemp`
needs to be removed manually by calling `os.RemoveAll`, which is omitted
in some tests. The error handling boilerplate e.g.
defer func() {
if err := os.RemoveAll(dir); err != nil {
t.Fatal(err)
}
}
is also tedious, but `t.TempDir` handles this for us nicely.

Additionally to allow this process flow I refactored RawMessagePayloadReceiver and InstallationPayloadHandler to use a dedicated Marshaller type. Also added a fix to struct extention functionality, we want to ignore the process if there is no public key because that will key encoding. Seems an unnecessary bug to have to handle when you know there is no key.
Also, make AccountManager a dependency of Messenger.
This is needed for community token permissions as we'll need a way to access wallet accounts
and sign messages when sending requests to join a community.
The APIs have been mostly taken from GethStatusBackend and personal service.
This tests the entire process of converting a regular account to a keycard
account and then converting that keycard account back to a regular account.
For the need of this test I had to improve `DeleteAccount` function, cause the
previous implementation didn't remove account from the keystore cache, but
only from the keystore.
`CreateAccountFromMnemonic` function renamed to `createAccountFromMnemonicAndDeriveAccountsForPaths`
and extended in a way that it is able to derive accounts from passed mnemonic for the given paths, if paths is empty
only an account from the given mnemonic will be generated. This endpoint doesn't store anything anywhere.

This field will be used as a deterministic id of multiaccount on
status-react side instead of master key address. The reason why
it is calculated as sha256 of public key is that this way is
already used on keycard side and it will simplify integration.
Rename keycardKeyUid to keyUid
As long as this field will be present in all multiaccounts from now on it
shouldn't be named as keycard specific.
