* feat(accounts)_: Persist acceptance of Terms of Use & Privacy policy (#5766)
The original GH issue https://github.com/status-im/status-mobile/issues/21113
came from a request from the Legal team. We must show to Status v1 users the new
terms (Terms of Use & Privacy Policy) right after they upgrade to Status v2
from the stores.
The solution we use is to create a flag in the accounts table, named
hasAcceptedTerms. The flag will be set to true on the first account ever
created in v2 and we provide a native call in mobile/status.go#AcceptTerms,
which allows the client to persist the user's choice in case they are upgrading
(from v1 -> v2, or from a v2 older than this PR).
This solution is not the best because we should store the setting in a separate
table, not in the accounts table.

fix(ci)_: remove workspace and tmp dir
This ensures we do not encounter weird errors like:
```
chore_: enable windows and macos CI build (#5840)
- Added support for Windows and macOS in CI pipelines
- Added missing dependencies for Windows and x86-64-darwin
- Resolved macOS SDK version compatibility for darwin-x86_64
The `mkShell` override was necessary to ensure compatibility with the newer
macOS SDK (version 11.0) for x86_64. The default SDK (10.12) was causing build failures
because of the missing libs and frameworks. OverrideSDK creates a mapping from
the default SDK in all package categories to the requested SDK (11.0).
fix(contacts)_: fix trust status not being saved to cache when changed (#5965)
Fixes https://github.com/status-im/status-desktop/issues/16392
cleanup
added logger and cleanup
review comments changes
fix_: create request logger ad-hoc in tests
chore_: configure codecov (#6005)
* chore_: configure codecov
* fix_: after_n_builds
This commit adds support for centralized metrics.
There are two providers as of now, and we haven't quite decided which
one to go for, so for the time being both are supported.
It also introduces a new endpoint InitializeApplication that replaces
OpenAccounts
- fixed issue with displaying 3 words name on the login screen after recovering from waku
- fixed inability to delete account after recovering from waku
This PR fixes [9947](status-im/status-desktop#9947) and contains :
- Commit to fix the changing of custom picture and having the change
reflected on contact's side
- Commit to fix the deleting of picture and having the change reflected
on contact's side
- Rename confusing `ImageType` to `ImageFormat`
- use `appdatabse.DbInitializer{}` in tests to ensure consistent migrations
- remove protocol's open database functions due to improper
initialization caused by missing node config migration
- introduce `PushNotificationServerConfig` to resolve cyclic dependency
issues
Extended the migration process with a generic way of applying custom
migration code on top of the SQL files. The implementation provides
a safer way to run GO code along with the SQL migrations and possibility
of rolling back the changes in case of failure to keep the database
consistent.
This custom GO migration is needed to extract the status from
the JSON blob receipt and store it in transfers table.
Other changes:
- Add NULL DB value tracking to JSONBlob helper
- Index status column on transfers table
- Remove unnecessary panic calls
- Move log_parser to wallet's common package and use to extract token
identity from the logs
Notes:
- there is already an index on transfers table, sqlite creates one for
each unique constraint therefore add only status to a new index
- the planned refactoring and improvements to the database have been
postponed due to time constraints. Got the time to migrate the data
though, extracting it can be done later for a more efficient
implementation
Update status-desktop #10746
* feat: add colorId utility
it returns color id for given pubkey
* feat: populate Account with colorHash and colorId
accounts displayed to users on login page should display colorHash and
avatar fallback color (aka colorId)
This commit changes the behavior so that when the image is updated it
will be published on the contact code topic.
If that does not happen because we are offline, it will be scheduled for
the next time we are online.
* fix: close resultsets so we don't leak them
* Refactor browsers/database
To implement PR suggestions and improve code quality.
* Refactor services/permissions/database
To implement PR suggestions and improve code quality.
Account's address was used as a primary key in accounts db and as a
deterministic id of an account in some API calls. Also it was used as a
part of the name of the account specific database. This revealed some
extra information about the account and wasn't necessary.
At first the hash of the address was planned to be used as a
deterministic id, but we already have a keyUid which is calculated as
sha256 hash of account's public key and has similar properties:
- it is deterministic
- doesn't reveal accounts public key or address in plain
This field will be used as a deterministic id of multiaccount on
status-react side instead of master key address. The reason why
it is calculated as sha256 of public key is that this way is
already used on keycard side and it will simplify integration.
Rename keycardKeyUid to keyUid
As long as this field will be present in all multiaccounts from now on it
shouldn't be named as keycard specific.
* WIP accounts implementation
* Accounts datasore and changes to status mobile API
* Add library changes and method to update config
* Handle error after account selection
* Add two methods to start account to backend
* Use encrypted database for settings and add a service for them
* Resolve linter warning
* Bring back StartNode StopNode for tests
* Add sub accounts and get/save api
* Changes to accounts structure
* Login use root address and fetch necessary info from database
* Cover accounts store with tests
* Refactor in progress
* Initialize status keystore instance before starting ethereum node
* Rework library tests
Multiaccount is used as a login identifier
Account references an address and a key, if account is not watch-only.
* Add login timestamp stored in the database to accounts.Account object
* Add photo-path field for multiaccount struct
* Add multiaccoutns rpc with updateAccount method
Update to any other account that wasn't used for login will return an error
* Fix linter in services/accounts
* Select account before starting a node
* Save list of accounts on first login
* Pass account manager to accounts service to avoid selecting account before starting a node
* Add logs to login with save and regualr login
