feat: Make DB re-encryption fault proof (#3607)
Improve the error management in order to avoid DB corruption in case the process is killed while encrypting the DB.

Changes:
Use sqlcipher_export instead of rekey to change the DB password. The advantage is that sqlcipher_export will operate on a new DB file and we don't need to modify the current account unless the export is successful.
Keeping the rekey requires to create a DB copy before trying to re-encrypt the DB, but the DB copy is risky in case the DB file changes wile the copy is in progress. It could also lead to DB corruption.

perf(sqlCipher): Increase cipher page size to 8192 (#3591)
* perf(sqlCipher): Increase cipher page size to 8192

Increasing the cipher page size to 8192 requires DB re-encryption. The process is as follows:
//Login to v3 DB
PRAGMA key = 'key';
PRAGMA cipher_page_size = 1024"; // old Page size
PRAGMA cipher_hmac_algorithm = HMAC_SHA1";
PRAGMA cipher_kdf_algorithm = PBKDF2_HMAC_SHA1";
PRAGMA kdf_iter = kdfIterationsNumber";

//Create V4 DB with increased page size
ATTACH DATABASE 'newdb.db' AS newdb KEY 'key';
PRAGMA newdb.cipher_page_size = 8192; // new Page size
PRAGMA newdb.cipher_hmac_algorithm = HMAC_SHA1"; // same as in v3
PRAGMA newdb.cipher_kdf_algorithm = PBKDF2_HMAC_SHA1"; // same as in v3
PRAGMA newdb.kdf_iter = kdfIterationsNumber"; // same as in v3
SELECT sqlcipher_export('newdb');
DETACH DATABASE newdb;

//Login to V4 DB
...

Worth noting:
The DB migration will happen on the first successful login.
The new DB version will have a different name to be able to distinguish between different DB versions.Versions naming mirrors sqlcipher major version (naming conventions used by sqlcipher), meaning that we're migrating from V3 to V4 DB (even if we're not fully aligned with V4 standards). The DB is not migrated to the v4 standard `SHA512` due to performance reasons. Our custom `SHA1` implementation is fully optimised for perfomance.

* perf(sqlCipher): Fixing failing tests

Update the new DB file format in Delete account, Change password and Decrypt database flows

* perf(SQLCipher): Increase page size - send events to notify when the DB re-encryption starts/ends

Andrea Maria Piana 7fd9fefdef Add LoginAccount endpoint
This commit adds LoginAccount endpoint.
This makes it consistent with CreateAccount and RestoreAccount as they
use similar config.

The notable difference with the previous endpoint is the API, which is
the same as CreateAccount/RestoreAccount, and the fact that it will
override your networks configuration.

Storing them in the config is now not needed anymore, as that's always
driven from the backend, and we won't allow custom networks in the new
wallet.

Sale Djenic b16a38408a tests: migration test fixed
An issue was that in the `0.97.3` version we didn't have `key_uid` column, later
it was added but there was no chance to set in `key_uid` value properly during
migration and we left it empty. Now in `accounts_and_keycards_improvements.up.sql`
script a constraint `CHECK (length(trim(key_uid)) > 0)` is set for `key_uid` column and
because of it migration test couldn't pass cause `key_uid` was empty.

How it is fixed: the same test account is used but just `key_uid` was added to table to
make migration tests pass again and stored Status test account data refer to `0.132.0`
version.

Andrea Maria Piana 6acb34bab7 Allow setting up wallet with new config
This commit does a few things:

1) Extend create/import account endpoint to get wallet config, some of
   which has been moved to the backend
2) Set up a loop for retrieving balances every 10 minutes, caching the
   balances
3) Return information about which checks are not passing when trying to
   join a token gated community
4) Add tests to the token gated communities
5) Fixes an issue with addresses not matching when checking for
   permissions

The move to the wallet as a background task is not yet complete, I need
to publish a signal, and most likely I will disable it before merging
for now, as it's currently not used by desktop/mobile, but the PR was
  getting to big

test: use `T.TempDir` to create temporary test directory (#2746)
This commit replaces `os.MkdirTemp` with `t.TempDir` in tests. The
directory created by `t.TempDir` is automatically removed when the test
and all its subtests complete.

Prior to this commit, temporary directory created using `os.MkdirTemp`
needs to be removed manually by calling `os.RemoveAll`, which is omitted
in some tests. The error handling boilerplate e.g.
	defer func() {
		if err := os.RemoveAll(dir); err != nil {
			t.Fatal(err)
		}
	}
is also tedious, but `t.TempDir` handles this for us nicely.

Pascal Precht 2cbced95c5 Check token funds when handling community requests to join
This adds checks to `HandleCommunityRequestToJoin` and
`AcceptRequestToJoinCommunity` that ensure a given user's revealed
wallet addresses own the token funds required by a community.

When community has token permissions of type `BECOME_MEMBER`, the
following happens when the owner receives a request:

1. Upon verifying provided wallet addresses by the requester, the owner
   node accumulates all token funds related to the given wallets that
   match the token criteria in the configured permissions
2. If the requester does not meet the necessary requirements, the
   request to join will be declined. If the requester does have the
   funds, he'll either be automatically accepted to the community, or
   enters the next stage where an owner needs to manually accept the
   request.
3. The the community does not automatically accept users, then the funds
   check will happen again, when the owner tries to manually accept the
   request. If the necessary funds do not exist at this stage, the
   request will be declined
4. Upon accepting, whether automatically or manually, the owner adds the
   requester's wallet addresses to the `CommunityDescription`, such that
   they can be retrieved later when doing periodic checks or when
   permissions have changed.

PR to fix media server sleep issue (#3189)
* fix media-server sleep wake up issue

we now use waku v2 and hence messenger was nil.
Since it was nil, the logic in place responsible for triggering app state events was not firing and hence media server would become un-responsive after a sleep event.

this commit fixes that.

Andrea Maria Piana dfe40ff6bd Init keystore fix
We delegate to services to init the keystore file, but there's a race
condition that can be triggered, whereby the keystore file is not
initialized before login, and that results in the user not being able to
login.

This commit changes the services so that the keystore is initialized
before login, I have left also the code in services just to make sure
nothing relies on it, but it could probably be removed.
Initializing keystore twice seems like a noop if already initialized.

Changes applied here introduce backing up profile data (display name and identity

as a separate signal to a client via `sync.from.waku.profile` signal.

New signal `sync.from.waku.progress` is introduced which will be used to notify a client
about the progress of fetching data from waku.

Feature/key compression (#1990)
## What has changed?

I've introduced to the public binding functionality that will compress and decompress public keys of a variety of encoding and key types. This functionality supports all major byte encoding formats and the following EC public key types:

- `secp256k1` pks
- `bls12-381 g1` pks
- `bls12-381 g2` pks

## Why make the change?

We want shorter public (chat) keys and we want to be future proof and encoding agnostic. See the issue here https://github.com/status-im/status-go/issues/1937

---

* Added basic signature for compresspk and uncompresspk

* Added basic encoding information

* make vendor

* formatted imports for the linter

* Reformatted imports hoping linter likes it

* This linter is capricious

* Added check that the secp256k1 key is valid

* Added test for valid key

* Added multiformat/go-varint dep

* Added public key type handling

* Added key decompression with key type handling

* Added handling for '0x' type indentifying

* Added more robust testing

* Less lint for the linting gods

* make vendor for bls12_381

* Added bls12-381 compression tests

* Added decompress key expected results

* Refactor of typed and untyped keys in tests

* Lint god appeasment

* Refactor of sample public keys

* Implemented bls12-381 decompression

* gofmt

* Renamed decode/encode funcs to be more descriptive

* Added binary bindings for key de/compression

* Refactor of func parameters

gomobile is a bit tempermental using raw bytes as a parameter, so I've decided to use string only inputs and outputs

* gofmt

* Added function documentation

* Moved multiformat de/compression into api/multiformat ns

* Moved multiformat de/compression into api/multiformat ns

* Changed compress to serialize on API

[status-im/status-react#9942] Upgradable paths in configs
Storing absolute path for different configs breaks compatibility on iOS
as app's dir is changed after upgrade. The solution is to store relative
paths and to concatenate it with `backend.rootDataDir`. The only
exception is `LogFile` as it is stored outside `backend.rootDataDir` on
Android. `LogDir` config was added to allow adding of custom dir for log
file.
Configs concerned:
`DataDir`
`LogDir`
`LogFile`
`KeystoreDir`
`BackupDisabledDataDir`

status-im/status-react#9203 Faster tx fetching with less request
*** How it worked before this PR on multiaccount creation:
- On multiacc creation we scanned chain for eth and erc20 transfers. For
  each address of a new empty multiaccount this scan required
  1. two `eth_getBalance` requests to find out that there is no any
     balance change between zero and the last block, for eth transfers
  2. and `chain-size/100000` (currently ~100) `eth_getLogs` requests,
     for erc20 transfers
- For some reason we scanned an address of the chat account as well, and
  also accounts were not deduplicated. So even for an empty multiacc we
  scanned chain twice for each chat and main wallet addresses, in result
  app had to execute about 400 requests.
- As mentioned above, `eth_getBalance` requests were used to check if
  there were any eth transfers, and that caused empty history in case
  if user already used all available eth (so that both zero and latest
  blocks show 0 eth for an address). There might have been transactions
  but we wouldn't fetch/show them.
- There was no upper limit for the number of rpc requests during the
  scan, so it could require indefinite number of requests; the scanning
  algorithm was written so that we persisted the whole history of
  transactions or tried to scan form the beginning again in case of
  failure, giving up only after 10 minutes of failures. In result
  addresses with sufficient number of transactions would never be fully
  scanned and during these 10 minutes app could use gigabytes of
  internet data.
- Failures were caused by `eth_getBlockByNumber`/`eth_getBlockByHash`
  requests. These requests return significantly bigger responses than
  `eth_getBalance`/`eth_transactionsCount` and it is likely that
  execution of thousands of them in parallel caused failures for
  accounts with hundreds of transactions. Even for an account with 12k
  we could successfully determine blocks with transaction in a few
  minutes using `eth_getBalance` requests, but `eth_getBlock...`
  couldn't be processed for this acc.
- There was no caching for for `eth_getBalance` requests, and this
  caused in average 3-4 times more such requests than is needed.

*** How it works now on multiaccount creation:
- On multiacc creation we scan chain for last ~30 eth transactions and
  then check erc20 in the range where these eth transactions were found.
  For an empty address in multiacc this means:
  1. two `eth_getBalance` transactions to determine that there was no
     balance change between zero and the last block; two
     `eth_transactionsCount` requests to determine there are no outgoing
     transactions for this address; total 4 requests for eth transfers
  2. 20 `eth_getLogs` for erc20 transfers. This number can be lowered,
     but that's not a big deal
- Deduplication of addresses is added and also we don't scan chat
  account, so a new multiacc requires ~25 (we also request latest block
  number and probably execute a few other calls) request to determine
  that multiacc is empty (comparing to ~400 before)
- In case if address contains transactions we:
  1. determine the range which contains 20-25 outgoing eth/erc20
     transactions. This usually requires up to 10 `eth_transactionCount`
     requests
  2. then we scan chain for eth transfers using `eth_getBalance` and
     `eth_transactionCount` (for double checking zero balances)
  3. we make sure that we do not scan db for more than 30 blocks with
     transfers. That's important for accounts with mostly incoming
     transactions, because the range found on the first step might
     contain any number of incoming transfers, but only 20-25 outgoing
     transactions
  4. when we found ~30 blocks in a given range, we update initial
     range `from` block using the oldest found block
  5. and now we scan db for erc20transfers using `eth_getLogs`
     `oldest-found-eth-block`-`latest-block`, we make not more than 20 calls
  6. when all blocks which contain incoming/outgoing transfers for a
     given address are found, we save these blocks to db and mark that
     transfers from these blocks are still to be fetched
  7. Then we select latest ~30 (the number can be adjusted) blocks from
     these which were found and fetch transfers, this requires 3-4
     requests per transfer.
  8. we persist scanned range so that we know were to start next time
  9. we dispatch an event which tells client that transactions are found
  10. client fetches latest 20 transfers
- when user presses "fetch more" button we check if app's db contains next
  20 transfers, if not we scan chain again and return transfers after

Replace address with keyUid in accounts db
Account's address was used as a primary key in accounts db and as a
deterministic id of an account in some API calls. Also it was used as a
part of the name of the account specific database. This revealed some
extra information about the account and wasn't necessary.
At first the hash of the address was planned to be used as a
deterministic id, but we already have a keyUid which is calculated as
sha256 hash of account's public key and has similar properties:
- it is deterministic
- doesn't reveal accounts public key or address in plain
