feat_: send tx args type extended with new properties

Added props:
- `Version` used to differ old and new usage
- `ValueOut`
- `FromChainID`
- `ToChainID`
- `FromTokenID`
- `ToTokenID`
- `ToContractAddress`
- `SlippagePercentage`
