09bdb955e9 feat(Onboarding): implement the KeycardFactoryReset flow 
- integrate it into the UI and StoryBook
- a new keycardState is introduced: `FactoryResetting` (matching the
backend)
- a new store method introduced: `startKeycardFactoryReset()`

Fixes: #17094
