This is required to control the resource consumption in case of no
usage of wallet connect
Hence we load the WebEngineView only if we have active pairings and
such that SDK events are expected from the paired dapps.

- Moved the generic WebEngineView communication bridge to StatusQ
- Added basic tests for WebEngineLoader
- Add a way to know when wallet is loaded (`walletReady`)
- Add storybook support for mock of nim sections as context properties

When pasting the chat key of a user to whom you already sent a request to, but for which they haven't answered yet, we open the popup instead of doing nothing.
If you paste the chat key of a user you are not a contact at all and sent no request, it opens the contact request popup as before.
Also, same as before, if you paste the key of a mutual contact, their name will show in the suggestion list.

Fixes the issue with the mutual contact icon showing when just added.
It also does a huge cleanup of the codebase to remove isContact and replace it with either isAdded, when we care only about if we added, or isMutualContact if we want the contact to be mutual

- pinned messages updated received from remote (from the `status-go`) is handled
