These changes should simplify the community related tx handlings on the client side, align it with
tx flows that we already have for other sending types and make it maintainable.
- removed nested ListViews inside StackLayouts, in order to reduce the
memory footprint and improve performance, and also to be able to better
manage the scrolling
- no more unrolled multiple listviews, which again hurt the performance;
now the views instantiate the delegates dynamically on the fly
- the tab bar and the search fields now stick to the top of the page,
with the users list view scrolling independently
- both views now uniformly use the common `ContactListItemDelegate`
- the received/sent CRs are now combined into one `pendingContacts`
model
- factored out common search/filter criteria into a new, separate SFPM

When the community gets updated by any means, we reconstruct the section item, which is already bad, but we also re-fetch all tokens and all shared addresses, which in turn re-updates models for no reason.
Instead, I make sure to only fetch those on first section build, then, I get the new shared addresses when members join using the request to join response that comes from status-go

The new account selector expects a generic account model. It will display all the account data if provided, including preferred chains, balance or asset balance. Otherwise it will display only the available data.

The actual issue wasn't reproducible, even if I removed the guards against duplicate names.
But I did find that the community wasn't cleaned up correctly, so I fixed it in this PR. It should limit the confusion and possible issues that could arise.
Changes:
1. Make PermissionsView/EditPermissionsView configurable to support channel permissions config
2. Adding channel permissions support in the create/edit channel popup
3. Connect the channel permissions to backend
4. Cleaning unneeded emojiPopup
