Andrey Bocharnikov 90d7bac594 fix: unify Qt 6.11 a11y crash filters in StatusQ 
Move the iOS ObjectDestroyed VoiceOver workaround into StatusQ and add a
macOS WebEngine datepicker table-cell guard. Auto-install via a libStatusQ
constructor so no explicit call sites are needed (#21450, #21491).
