Split config/site generation from benchmark.py; use seconds on load-time axes.

- Replace the combined community chart with first-open and second-open metrics
- Remove obsolete community_loading_time.png
- Show an x-axis date label for each plotted point on Plotly performance charts

Switch to Plotly with a rolling 30-day window, remove pass rate chart,
auto-update README Performance Tests section from tests_config.toml.
