Run the service

poetry run flask --debug run --port=7004

You can check to see if it is running by loading

http://localhost:7004/v1/commands http://localhost:7004/liveness

Description
spiffworkflow-backend will talk to this app in order to discover the list of connectors and to make actual connections to external services
