Demolish the bridge (#473) ...

Summary:
The bridge introduced in #448 has now served its purpose, and may be
deconstructed. This implements the first part of the last step of the
plan described in that pull request.

Paired with @decentralion.

Test Plan:
After `yarn backend && yarn build`:
  - `node bin/sourcecred.js start` works, and
  - `yarn start` works, and
  - `yarn travis --full` works.
