Remove redundant scripts (#225)
Our SourceCred CLI tool now ipmlements printCombinedGraph and cloneAndPrintGitGraph, but with more principled implementations and interfaces :) Test plan: `yarn travis --full` passes, so I didn't delete any needed test infra.
