jakub ef89c3c2f6 add CI setup for auto deployments ...

Changes:

* Add `Jenkinsfile` for running in CI
* Install `gh-pages` and `promisify` Node packages
* Add `scripts/deploy.js` that uses `gh-pages`
* Update `README` with new links and comments
* Drop `package-lock.json` in favour of `yarn.lock`
* Added `resources/public/CNAME` set to `simpledapp.status.im`
