Valentin Shergin ca6e0b37cf `reactRespondsToTouch:` was removed 
Summary:
* It complicates Touch Handling mechanism.
* The same functionality can be (and should be) implemented via overriding standard `hitTest:` method.
* It was marked as deprecated a while ago.
