Summary: After the RCTBatchedBridge refactor, the `-[NSNotificationCenter addObserver]` and `[removeObserver]` calls got divided between RCTBridge and RCTBatchedBridge. This diff does two things: - Moved `removeObserver` out of RTCBatchedBridge and into `-[RCTBridge invalidate]` - Moved `addObserver` from `bindKeys` to `setUp`.
