Summary: In the path to TurboModules, this was the only package that was using LazyReactPackage. Moving this to use TurboReactPackage now ensures that all the packages now have a similar interface, and more importantly, implement `NativeModule getModule(String name)` method. Note that in OSS, we still do not run the annotation processor. As a result, we manually create the ReactModuleInfoProvider map, so that this works in OSS also.
