Jordan Byron 4c366d0bcb Remove duplicate PanResponderExample and update docs ... Summary: While looking at the [pan responder docs](https://facebook.github.io/react-native/docs/panresponder.html#working-example) I noticed they linked to `ResponderExample` rather than `PanResponderExample` and that `ResponderExample ` defined `NavigatorIOSExample` which was odd.
