Héctor Ramos 1346bf8405 Timeout Android instrumentation steps Summary: Sporadically, the instrumentation tests step will timeout while waiting for the apk to install on the emulator. By adding a 5 minute timeout, the command will be retried in these cases, where hopefully the install will go through. Test Plan Tested on Circle.
