Summary:
When using a translucent status bar using `<StatusBar />` and a `<Modal transparent />` the dialog layer applies its own translucent status bar color on top causing the status bar to darken.
This is especially problematic when the modal is a menu and nothing on the screen is supposed to darken.
I've collected screenshots of the status bar in various situations before and after this change to show the change and demonstrate that it doesn't have any bad side effects for the other status bar and modal types (non-translucent status bars / non-transparent modals).
* "**Before**" row: RN 0.43.1 unmodified
* "**After**" row: This modification applied
* **Translucent**: Translucent status bar `<StatusBar backgroundColor='rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2)' translucent />` (modal closed)
* **Alpha Colored**: Coloured translucent status bar `<StatusBar backgroundColor='rgba(255, 0, 255, 0.2)' translucent />` (modal closed)
* **Not Translu...**: Non-translucent status bar `translucent={false}` (modal closed)
* **w/modal**: Same as image to the left but with the Modal opened
* **Opaque Modal**: Translucent status bar with open but opaque/dim modal (`<Modal transparent={false} />`)

This implements a loading banner like on iOS that shows the progress of the packager.
**Test plan**
- Tested that it displays similar messages as it does on iOS and also that is show the right message when waiting for the remote debugger.
- Tested that errors are still shown properly.
- Tested that it works with packagers that don't support multipart response (add && false in https://github.com/facebook/react-native/blob/master/packager/src/Server/MultipartResponse.js#L81).
- Run new unit tests.
- Tested that backgrounding / foregrounding the app hides / show the banner properly.

Summary:
Add "Copy" and "Dismiss" button when the RN Android redbox is shown, consistent with that in RN iOS.
- "Copy" button copies all the messages shown in the redbox to the host system clipboard, the solution is posting redbox messages to packager and the the packager copies the messages onto the host clipboard.
- "Dismiss" button always exits the redbox dialog.
- Add shortcut as "Dismiss (ESC)" and "Reload (R, R).
Notice: Copy button is only supported on Mac OS by now (warning in packager on other platforms), because it's not easy for us to test on Windows or Linux. Will put the codes for other platforms on Github issues, hoping anyone could help test and add this feature, then send us a pull request.

Summary:
Remove the "Start/Stop" option in RN Android dev menu.
mkonicek talked to Mike Armstrong who originally added this option and he said Traceview didn't end up being used much and Systrace was the preferred way to do profiling, which is used from the command line.
Haven't removed all the codes behind because there are some codes in JNI, including native methods in C++ through the ReactBridge.

Summary: This allows the use of different bundle URLs & ports in Dev mode. (ie. ngrok url shared with a team member)
The bundle URL can be changed via the normal Dev Menu, or programmatically by setting the `debug_http_host` shared preference key.
For example, in your apps `MainActivity.java` before creating your `ReactRootView`:
```java
SharedPreferences mPreferences = PreferenceManager.getDefaultSharedPreferences(getApplication());
SharedPreferences.Editor editor = mPreferences.edit();
editor.putString("debug_http_host", "my.customurlandport.com:8888");
editor.commit();
```
**Breaking change**: Custom bundle URLs added via the Dev Menu will need to also include the port. This has been noted in the documentation and also on the preference description in the Dev Menu.
