Summary:
Moves from CSSNodeDEPRECATED to CSSNode. This has shown to be a huge performance win for layout time within FB.
This is BREAKING because CSSNode contains bug fixes that were not migrated to CSSNodeDEPRECATED which may change the way your layout appears. The most common of these by far involves `flex: 1`.
Previously, developers had to put `flex: 1` in many places it didn't belong in order to work around a bug in css-layout. Now `flex: 1` is treated properly and, unfortunately, this means that your layout may no longer look correct. Specifically, you may see that your layout looks collapsed, or children don't render. The fix is to simply remove `flex: 1` from those containers.

Summary:
I had to re-do my CLI pull request internally using hg because shipit couldn't import binary files even after debugging with the OSS team. While using hg I messed up. This should fix it:
- Remove files added by mistake when using 'hg addremove'
- Add Xcode project that was ignored by hg (probably at fb we don't want people to check in Xcode projects since we use Buck)

Sometimes, `gesture.overswipe` can be `null`/`undefined` in `_moveAttachedGesture` resulting in a crash. This change adds a null check to avoid the crash. `_matchGestureAction` has a similar check so it looks like this case was overlooked in `_moveAttachedGesture`.

Summary:
Following up on fb7fe2d4e8: when <Modal> is used in dev mode, it renders `<AppContainer>` to wrap the children so that the element inspector can show up correctly. In that scenario, we need pass the `rootTag` over the `<AppContainer>` so that the children can read the rootTag correctly. Otherwise, the children of <Modal> will see it as undefined.
With this, AppContainer can then declare `rootTag` as a required prop, as it should have been.
Note that this only affects DEV build because there's no AppContainer wrapping otherwise.

Summary:
The current transform for require calls replaces strings with module-local IDs. That means that each module would need a local require function.
To save hundreds of closure allocations, we can just use an array that maps local IDs to global IDs.
This diff changes the dependency collection and replacement transform to change a call like `require('React')` to something like `require(_dependencyMap[0])` rather than `require(0)`.
