(Classic RCTSurface still kinda start itself automatically but only because start/stop concept is not implemented for this yet.) Summary: RCTFabricSurface was reimplemented as separate class which does not rely on (old) RCTUIManager and delegate some functionality (which must be coordinated between Surface instances and Scheduler) to RCTSurfacePresenter.
