Valentin Shergin 9042438975 Fabric: `bridge` prop was removed from RCTSurface interface 
Summary:

We are moving away from using `RCTBridge` instance in public APIs to enable us using more performance solutions in the future.
This change also fixes "SwipeBack issue" caused by RCTSurfaceHostingProxyRootView returning nil bridge.

Valentin Shergin cf036ee2fa Fabric: Introducing RCTSurfacePresenter 
Summary:
RCTSurfacePresenter coordinates presenting of React Native Surfaces and represents application-facing interface of running React Native core.
SurfacePresenter incapsulates a bridge object inside and discourages direct access to it.
