dlowder-salesforce 31fe832d04 Fix Apple TV compile errors 
Summary:
Apple TV compilation is currently broken in master -- this fixes it.

Existing tests will pass after this change.

Mehdi Mulani 112e3767ce Fix crash in AccessibilityManager 
Summary:
Fix this crash by making sure the RCTDeviceInfo is doing things on the main thread.
This fixes #14043.

Ashwin Bharambe 95c1926193 Introduce `DeviceInfo` as a new native module 
Summary:
The `UIManager` already has a lot of responsibilities and is deeply
tied with React Native's view architecture. This diff separates out a
`DeviceInfo` native module to provide information about screen dimensions and
font scale, etc.
